Plumber in West Newbury, MA

Borels Plumbing LLC is a licensed and insured Massachusetts plumbing company based in Haverhill. We serve West Newbury from our Haverhill shop. Homeowners, landlords and builders in West Newbury call us for water heaters, drains, leaks, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, and new construction.

The calls we get most

• Water heater replacement: tank or tankless, with the permit and inspection handled. Most tank units last 8–12 years, so an older heater is worth checking before it fails.
• Drain cleaning: sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and accessible main lines, with the price confirmed before we start.
• Leak detection and repair, and emergency plumbing when water is already where it should not be.
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing, including toilets and faucets.
• New construction plumbing for builders and GCs: rough-in, top-out and trim, with permits and inspections coordinated.

How a call works

1. Call or text a photo of the problem (for a water heater, the whole unit and its model label).
2. We confirm the scope and availability for your address. Same-day service is subject to availability.
3. You get the price before work begins.
4. We do the work, pull any permit required and coordinate the inspection.
5. We clean up and leave the system tested.
